Who qualifies to be an Simblist Group customer?
Simblist Group is wholesale to the trade only, and approved eCommerce retailers. You must have a valid resale license to purchase merchandise from us. Consumers may not purchase from Simblist Group.
Why do I need to register to use the website if I'm already an Simblist Group customer?
Due to differences in technology, the registration process is required to ensure all accounts are aligned upon creation of your website account. This process also allows for you to create a unique username and password that you will remember.
Why do the vendors have different minimum order requirements?
Each vendor sets their own minimums for opening orders and re-orders. Simblist Group requires all customers abide by each individual vendor's requirements.
I can’t find where to pay by Credit Card?
Some of the Brands offered on Simblist Group.com do not collect credit card details through this site. If you do not see the Credit Card button at checkout and wish to pay by Credit Card, please select “Call for Credit Card” and your Sales Representative or Simblist Group Customer Service will reach out to you for the details.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?

What do I do if there isn't a representative in my area for the brand I am interested in purchasing?
When there is not an Simblist Group Sales Representative listed for specific brand your area, you may still order products from that brand on our website. If you have questions about the products and/or need assistance with your order, please contact our Customer Service team and they will assist you with finding the contracted rep group for that vendor in your area.
